Booking

To begin the process, click ‘Book Now,’ which can be found at the top of any page on the Next Level Salon website.

This will bring you to the ‘Online Booking’ page, which displays previous and new users. To schedule a new appointment as a new user, click the ‘New Online User? - Click Here’ button. If you're a returning user, sign in with your credentials.

In the 'Home' tab on the following page, select 'Click to Book an Appointment!'. You can review and select services. Choose your stylist. Select a preferred date and time. When completed, click the checkmark to confirm your appointment.

A confirmation email containing details about your new appointment will be sent to the address associated with your account.

All services provided by Next Level Salon are displayed when booking an appointment on our 'Online Booking' page.

Once you book an appointment with Next Level Salon, you will receive a confirmation email automatically.
If you are unable to locate this email, you may follow these steps to confirm that our system received your appointment:

• Check your junk/spam folder.
• Confirm that the email address associated with your Next Level Salon account was spelled correctly.

If you have forgotten or misplaced your 'Online Booking' account password, simply follow this link. You will receive an e-mail or text with a link to reset your password.

If you have a Next Level Salon account, to cancel your appointment:

• Log in to your account on the 'Online Booking' page
• Click on the 'Home' tab on the left-hand side
• Under 'Upcoming Appointments', select the red cancel icon
• Select 'Yes' to confirm your request
